Even if this skirt looks more like a wavy ocean, “bubble” is the name that pops into my mind because it makes me turn into a sparkling mood whenever I wear it! Not to mention it’s the perfect cocktail skirt, that you can dress down with a simple tee or dress up with a corset covered by a transparent chiffon shirt.
It was actually so much fun to play with the draping that I couldn’t restrain myself to the original sketch which only included 2 layers of fabric, and had to add many more!
