As Christmas is getting closer and Göteborg getting colder (if that is even possible – Christmas in France will be like 20 degrees difference!), last sunday’s fika* combined the best of the 2 (christmas and cold if you’re still following):
- Glögg (which is a kind of vin chaud, sweeter though, with almonds and raisins)
- Crochet with my 2 crochet masters friend, aka Regina (on the picture with her beautiful hat) and Jessica. Thanks for making my debut in crochet so much fun!
Katti, Fred, Elias and Romain were supporting us (understand: comment, drink glögg and eat pastries). My first try (at crochet, not glögg) wasn’t really successful but the 2nd one (see the pink and blue basket on the pictures?) was better. Now I wish that next time we’ll have that sort of fika, we’ll get less excited/focused so that we can spare some time to take pictures which are not completely blurry. Oh that sounds like a new year resolution!
Talking about that… Merry Christmas to you all!! God Jul! Joyeux Noël! Wish to see many of you in France during the holidays.
Stay tuned because I’ll update this blog with pictures of the outfits I created especially for Christmas and New Year!
* fika is a swedish word that means having a break in the morning or the afternoon with your friends to eat and drink. Goûter would be the french word for it.

Så trevligt var det att se era flinka fingrar arbeta medan jag åt & drack gott! :)
