“How to” a mini and slightly punky dress?
First you need a mini dress: either buy one or make your own – this one is handmade with a boat neck line and 3/4 length sleeves. The dress should not be too tight so that it would be easy to sew the sequins on the fabric – and most important: actually being able to put the dress on when everything is sewn!
Then, choose several bands of sequins with different colors and sew it on the dress (this is the part that takes time… at least for me. Any tips on how I could do it fast, thanks for advising!).
Finally, put your shiny dress on with black tights and black suede boots (it’s too bad that you can’t really see on the last picture, I’m wearing my Isabel Marant chain boots… I promise I’ll find many other outfits to put them with to show you!).
